So listen.
I’m not saying I’m mad.
But I am saying that my Higher Self stopped texting back for three days straight and now I’m wondering if I hallucinated the whole relationship.
There I was:
Meditating, journaling, doing shadow work like an overachiever—
and suddenly?
Nothing.
No signs.
No angel numbers.
No random birds staring me down like they knew something.
Just silence.
At first I was like:
“Maybe it’s a test. Maybe Spirit is seeing if I trust myself.”
Then I was like:
“Maybe I failed the test. Maybe I said one chaotic thought too loud and they muted my soul line.”
Then I went full conspiracy:
“What if I switched timelines and the Higher Self I had doesn’t work here?”
So I did what any highly advanced multidimensional being would do.
I cried.
I saged my fridge.
I asked my cards if they still loved me.
I stared at the ceiling and whispered, “You up?”
But Here’s What I Actually Learned:
Sometimes the silence is the response.
Your Higher Self isn’t ignoring you.
It’s stepping back to see if you’ll stand up.
The “ghosting”?
It’s a signal that you’re ready to stop outsourcing your knowing.
Because maybe—just maybe—
you are your Higher Self now.
And you’re still talking to it like it’s outside of you.
But let me be honest:
The moment I stopped spiraling and just said,
“Okay. I trust that you’re quiet because you know I’m safe,”
…my stomach stopped clenching.
The signs came back.
A ladybug landed on my finger.
And a stranger literally said out loud,
“Sometimes clarity comes when you stop demanding it.”
Weird. Rude. Effective.
So if your Higher Self ghosted you too?
You’re not broken.
You’re integrating.
They didn’t leave you.
They just moved in.
